I can pull no fool from his foolishness.
I can pull no liar from his lies.
          No bigot from his hatred.


burn the fool.
hang the liar.
out-hate the bigot.
          fight fire with fire
          till the whole world burns.


spin three times and
dance in circles.
brush and hush and throw
your souls in the air
          (till dawn breaks or the sky falls)
Twirl and whirl and vivid fights
Toss and turn and blackened lights
Kiss and kill and mass effects
Hormones raging, heart's distress
I don't know and I don't care
Where you've come and where--


--You think you might be going
No please, please stay,
Cling and grasp and bruise so slight
There's much fun yet to be had tonight
Hearts to tear and truths to sing
Dance so softly through the ruin
Rain and soot and snowflake ash
Still and sigh and short repasts
Amidst a

This started as a ragepoem, in fury at unlearned bigots who think they matter. It evolved into a glory of gory lovely death. Oh Muse, how I praise thee. <3
